I have never had better service from anyone. Everyone is so pleasant to work with. No need for me to shop anywhere else!
Delivery with UPS restrictions were complicated. Would have liked to have been able to opt for it to be left at the UPS facility with pickup with ID. Instead had to wait for multiple failed delivery attempts (>3) which caused a lot of frustration for me, my sister (recipient of gift) and probably a UPS driver that kept stopping at her house at the same time everyday while she was at work. Ultimately, about > 1 week later, she was able to pick up her gift at the UPS facility. UPS said we couldn't change any delivery options because of restriction placed by the sender.

My experience is beyond words
Watch received was not set to correct time. As there is a separate second, date and day dial, it was difficult to set. No booklet or paperwork was included with the watch. I called for assistance, and was very disappointed in the lack of compassion for my issue. She kept telling me that normally they send the watches out correctly, but this was a mistake. Like it was no big deal. I could go through the hassle of shipping it back and being home to sign when it was returned or I could take it somewhere to be set. I explained there would be a charge for this. She insisted there would not be. I took it to a local jeweler after calling a few. They ALL charge to set a watch not purchased from them. Additionally, I found the EXACT same watch for 1/2 the price while I was searching for a manual (the day it arrived). I explained this to the sales woman at JR Dunn and she explained that the service if there was an issue would not be the same as it may not be an authorized Michelle dealer...I should have purchased it for half the price as she was not helping me either!
