I have ordered items from J and P cycles previously. Always satisfied with purchases and shipping was fast even without paying for expedited shipping.

Bearings came fast but had to wait for the spacer to come, If I knew it was going to be a split order I would've got it locally.

I usually have great service there from knowledgeable staff. This last time the 2 younger men were both rude but didn't know what a 120R was. It was difficult to keep own composure explaining it to them

1st one arrived damaged. Returned and ordered another the same. 2nd one arrived damaged, returned for a refund. Cobra BA rack.

Did not fit my bike but was able to return and have ordered what should work

None that I want to give a comment about I don't like these questionnaire!

Took well over a week to get the part. Was told initially it would arrive on Friday, so I could put it on my bike over the weekend, but it arrived on Monday. Don't say when it will arrive then don't deliver on statement.

I like the jugs but they leak around the cap when pouring. Doesn't matter how much you tighten the caps they still leak. Forget about the hose just take the cap off and use a funnel to transfer your liquids.
