Fed Ex doesn't follow through with shipping commitment and dumps it off to USPS (which is not a dig at USPS- they are great in my opinion). There's no tracking info after Fed Ex claims to have transferred it to USPS. They are notorious for holding packages for days at a connection hub delaying shipment when it is ahead of schedule. Typical corporate move placing obligation on public USPS.
Everything I order came quickly and communications was good.
As usual my tire got here fast. My only complaint is this tire and the Avon tire I bought last time had a fewarks on the whitewall. You can't see these marks until I washed the blue off the white walls. It seems these marks are caused from the plastic straps that come on the tire for shipping reasons. Hopefully my next tire or tires don't have any marks on the white walls. I used a white stain paint marker to cover them since they are small enough that they won't be noticed by the average person. Otherwise your my go to for tires and parts for my bikes.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
