I lost a grill cover on one of my lowers late last season so decided to go with these to give me more visibility. Watching videos and reading instructions it took me just over 2 hours to install. I could easily do this under an hour next time. They light up well, look great, and hazard/turn signals change to amber and flash accordingly. Haven't got the bike out for the year yet but I'm sure they'll light the way.
Will provide me with a refund but I have to pay for shipping back from Canada which is about 1/2 the cost of the order. Can not afford to fix J &P Cycle mistakes. Their boots are sized wrong and jackets do not fit. Horrible experience. Letting all International people know not to shop here as a courtesy. I am stuck with $300 USA funds and $60 CA customs fees of junk.
Web site showed product in stock so i ordered it since it was supposed to ship within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, no email confirmation of shipment. Got back on the site and it now says backordered. Contacted customer service, very friendly and efficient in looking everything up but nothing that they could do. Couldn't even cancel order since it had been processed. Had to wait longer than i wanted to replace my broken clutch cable.

I waited too long to receive parts. I thought as an RPM member all parts received in 2 days, perhaps I miss understood. Parts would come in a few at a time, delaying the completion of project. Some parts would take a week to arrive. Additionally, the shipping department at certain locations should choose more wisely the proper shipping method. A partial order just arrived, a single snap ring in a 12"X7" box! What a waste.

This order has oil on it. We cannot expedite oil the carriers do not allow hazardous items to be expedited. Expedited shipping does not change the lead time. If you are ordering an it that says ships in 3-5 business days it will not ship for 3-5 business days.I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse and then shipped to you. We truly do it to expedite and take care of our customers as quickly as we can.
They have most what I need at good price and good quality
My order was delayed over a week stuck at one location. Spoke with customer service and considered the package lost. Canceled original order and reordered the parts.Next day after reordering the first order shows up one week and four days from original order date. I notified J& P and was told to keep the second order too. Your customers service is one of the best that i have worked with

I looked all over the website to see if prices were listed in American or Canadian dollars, I assumed American. At the VERY LAST PAGE IN FINE PRINT it finally confirms that the prices are American. Summit racing and other sites will list prices converted to local currency.
Tracking on my package was largely worthless. Package moved 3 times in 2 weeks with the first two being customs in the same location and the last update simply stating 'a facility' in Canada

It was easy to order. It came relatively quick. Only problem is it's not the part I need. Not your fault but when I was ordering, the site did not allow me to punch in the motorcycle I was buying it for so but since it said it would fit a bike from 87-2003 I took a chance. I would like to return this item and if possible get some help with finding the proper part. Than you.

I checked JP and DK for a rear tire. This time JP was cheaper. Tire arrived several days later and I installed it. Haven't ridden it because it's winter and I'm not done with the bike as a whole. I feel like it will work as a tire should. I also think that for the price of a single motorcycle tire it should come already mounted on a rim that's attached to a bike and comes with a strong man to bike up the bike to help you change it when you get a flat.

Received order in timely fashion. After installing, found out the amp didn't work (no power). Called J&P customer svc back and got a rep named Rey. He was excellent and is attempting to fix the issue. If I receive my replacement part and it works, I would change my rating for satisfaction.

I ordered, as described on the website, a complete wiring extension kit for installing longer wires for handlebar switches. I ordered this kit for my 2006 Sportster since I was putting on taller bars. When it arrived, it had no wire extensions for the turn signals, which are definitely part of the handlebar switches.
To J & P's credit, after I called about this, they did send the additional wiring extensions and connectors. However, it took almost 2 weeks to get the first shipment and another 6 days to get the remainder. Very slow shipping. Overall, it was not a good experience, but ended up ok.
They got me what was left out of my original order, but shipping is very slow.
Their website indicated they had what I wanted.

Not very happy to open the box and see my $90 gasket set stuffed in a smaller box, all bent. They can do better at shipping parts that need to remain flat and unbent.

I've been a JP Cycle customer for many years. I love their products and selection but they are slow on the delivery. Often times you can find what you need on Amazon and have it delivered a lot faster. My advice to JP, figure out next day or two day shipping or even three day shipping. Just get it done fast.

My initial order was mixed up in shipping. I got an email saying my order had shipped within 24 hrs, but after 7 days of the tracking status being "Awaiting drop off to carrier- label created" I reached out to J&P. They said my order had been returned to them that day. They then cancelled that order and placed a new one, which arrived in 3 days. J&P should have reached out to me if the order really was returned, it seemed more like it never actually shipped, and was discovered when I inquired about it. I pay the RPM fee for fast, free shipping, that is definitely not what I got this time.

Title says it all, I ordered 3 primary gaskets for my FXR when it arrived found one of them ripped already still in packaging and everything.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
