I'M SITTING HERE READING THESE STORIES OF PEOPLE DEALING WITH BAD SERVICE LIKE I'M EXPERIENCING NOW WITH MY ORDER. NEVER IN TEN YEARS PURCHASING FROM J&P HAVE I HAD TROUBLE LIKE I'M HAVING NOW. TELL ME IT'S NOT TRUE. IS THIS THE END OF J&P CYCLES?

I apologize for any issues you've encountered. Would you send me your order number so I can look into it with the help of our senior customer service team?

We are experiencing higher order volume in addition to opening a brand new distribution center. We've been working since March to resolve the issues and we are making significant improvements.
