Web site showed product in stock so i ordered it since it was supposed to ship within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, no email confirmation of shipment. Got back on the site and it now says backordered. Contacted customer service, very friendly and efficient in looking everything up but nothing that they could do. Couldn't even cancel order since it had been processed. Had to wait longer than i wanted to replace my broken clutch cable.
