When they say 8 weeks, it is 8 weeks plus shipping time and they appear to be in San Diego FYII! The Return Policy changes so be careful to read it carefully and print a copy for future reference. My delivery was botched, the seat cushion was bunching up and they told me this is normal. Their marketing portrays this modern consumer driven service that catches your eye, but buy something local that you can touch and see before blowing $2000.

I was told that my couch would be delivered 6-30-17. I took the day off called the delivery company, 4 times no return call. I was called one and a half hours after the delivery window and without a apology was asked "If I wanted it or not" I told them no thanks I was no longer available to receive the product due to my scheduling around their window and their inability to return a call to me to suggest for a later appointment. So basically the window they give you is just a suggestion but you should take off the entire day and make no other plans. So I called the company and voiced my grievances with this. I was told it was too late in the day for anything to be done today. I was promised a call back on monday as soon as they knew what they could figure out and what they could do. 7-3-17. No return call. Fast forward to 7-14-17. I called them and asked them about my couch. They told me it was delivered 7-6-17 to a different city then where I live in Colorado. So then the manager suggested this wasn't a problem that their company didn't know where my couch was. I asked the manager Dan if I would have this couch I was paying for by Christmas of this year. This must have gotten him upset. This manager thinks it is perfectly appropriate for me to be okay with paying for a couch that I had custom order 5-1-17 that has been in the process of being made for 2 months and no one knows where it is. When my cell dropped the call this manager called me back and did the unthinkable he confirmed what number was the best number to return my call and when I said this was the best number. He promptly HUNG UP ON ME. This is the kind of customer service you can hope to receive from Joybird.
