I recently worked with JoyAmo for a collaboration and received a personalised signature name necklace and zirconia earrings. The parcel arrived quickly and I was really pleased with the jewellery. The necklace is personalised with my name and the font is really pretty and elegant. I love that there were different options of colour/material and chain length - I went for gold-plated with the average length chain. It will go with a range of outfits, casual and formal. Overall, I had a great experience with this jewellery company and I recommend it to treat yourself or buy gifts for others.

I would love for someone to answer my messages to locate my order. Very disappointing. I have never bought anything like this online. I took a risk because the out fit and shoes looked beautiful. But two months late there is no contract or delivery.

I order 2 bracelets. I received 1 on Dec 20 and the other was missing although it was sent with the same tracking number. I immediately emailed and called this company but Today, December 22 still no response from them.
What I hate is the fact they promised to get my orders to me before Christmas but now I need to go try to find something else.

Most useless company I have ever dealt with, haven't got a $#*!ing clue what's going on with any order or delivery. Cant provide any single bit of info on my delivery. Keep passing me from one email to another, one Instagram page to another. Said it would be here for Xmas and I knew all along it wouldn't be when the phone number just rings, $#*!s replying to my email! How the $#*! this company is still trading and not shut down I don't know?! Basically robbing people! Bunch of frauds and wankers. Hope you have a $#*! I received 2 Mothers Day Necklaces. I got the Inlay Mom Necklace With Baby Feet In 18K Rose Gold Plating. I love the chain it came with. Very well made and very beautiful. I also got the Personalized Four Intertwined Hearts And Birthstones Necklace In 18 K gold plating. It is so pretty and I love that it has my kids names and birthstones. There were no mistakes in the names or birth stones. It came just as expected, and I love the necklaces!

I ordered a custome 14k yellow gold necklace, brushed finish on the name plate. They sent me a gold plated one not brushed. Been going back and forth with this company via text messages and emails. They couldn't see the difference once again I ordered a textured name plate and got a flat plain one. But with all the close up pics I sent they were still unable to see the difference. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally noticed the difference. Asked me to send the necklace back and they will send me the correct one. After all the back and forth I don't even care for the necklace anymore. I know I lost money, but with their unprofessionalism I gave up...
The jewelry I received is very nice and looks exactly like the images on the site. It came beautifully boxed and in perfect condition. It's perfect for gift giving and myself.
