Update… I have received my bracelet yesterday June 29/21 and it was due to the COVID that delayed my package no fault of Joyamo. Only thing customer service could have been quicker in responding. Overall my husband loved the bracelet and very good quality

I have ordered a men's bracelet for Father's Day and didn't receive it. I ordered it June 6/21 and still not received. I have emailed them several times and no response and unable to call them since there's no phone #. Horrible service or should I say no service at all! Do not buy from them you will never receive it! Warning everyone not to buy from them. I'm now trying to dispute this charge of $99.95 and not sure if I can get my money back.

Dodgy company

Most useless company

Most useless company I have ever dealt with, haven't got a $#*!ing clue what's going on with any order or delivery. Cant provide any single bit of info on my delivery. Keep passing me from one email to another, one Instagram page to another. Said it would be here for Xmas and I knew all along it wouldn't be when the phone number just rings, $#*!s replying to my email! How the $#*! this company is still trading and not shut down I don't know?! Basically robbing people! Bunch of frauds and wankers. Hope you have a $#*! Christmas as you well and truly $#*!ed mine up. $#*!s

Incomplete order

I order 2 bracelets. I received 1 on Dec 20 and the other was missing although it was sent with the same tracking number. I immediately emailed and called this company but Today, December 22 still no response from them.
What I hate is the fact they promised to get my orders to me before Christmas but now I need to go try to find something else.
Not very good customer service.

Wrong order

I ordered a custome 14k yellow gold necklace, brushed finish on the name plate. They sent me a gold plated one not brushed. Been going back and forth with this company via text messages and emails. They couldn't see the difference once again I ordered a textured name plate and got a flat plain one. But with all the close up pics I sent they were still unable to see the difference. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally noticed the difference. Asked me to send the necklace back and they will send me the correct one. After all the back and forth I don't even care for the necklace anymore. I know I lost money, but with their unprofessionalism I gave up...
