I paid for my hs class ring 3 weeks ago. They told me it would ship no later than May 13. Called them on May 13th and now they're saying it'll definitely ship next week. Such a disappointment especially knowing it only takes 6 weeks to make the ring, now 10 weeks and counting.
We ordered basic graduation announcements a month ago, paid for express shipping, and haven't received anything. I made multiple phone calls/emails to the company but finally ordered from another source. We received the other company's product in 48 hours. The money and time I spent at Jostens was wasted. Please learn from my mistake and go straight to another company.
My children's elementary yearbook at New Mt Hill Elementary had horrible picture quality and very dissatisfied with the thickness for the price.
Jostens used the exclusivity and times to abuse the parents in our children's graduation time. I hope the schools district remove this company from scam the families
Don't be fooled into purchasing "Express 1-2 day shipping", it will still be 4-6 weeks because they include manufacturing time before your shipping time and their manufacturing time runs like molasses! Very disappointed with Jostens and happy that my last child is graduating from college so I don't have to deal with them anymore!
Ordered my sons graduation announcements and all I got was a QRC code that I did not order. I ordered the actual paper cards with reserve the date. Called them and they said no refunds and if I wanted to place another order for what I want it will take 10-12 days to get. Hello graduation is June 6th. This was ordered in November. Not a happy customer plus they were rude. And will not offer and refund. So I am out the money for something I didn't order. BUYER BEWARE
Website for "a la cart" cap and gown accessories was not professional. Looked like it was designed by a 10-year-in the 1990's. No chance to review contents of cart before purchase. No confirmation email. Inexcusable!
My review is for the Colorado Jostens. I'm so disappointed in their customer service. After waiting 2 weeks for my daughter's graduation announcements, I called. (They make it practically impossible to find a number to contact.) They did not send them, they did not offer an apology, a discount or overnight the order. After 10 more days, they arrived wrong. The wrong color. I called again, again with no apology, or refund. They want me to drive to them and get what I ordered. Such an expensive waste of my time and money. I will use Shutterfly for my son's graduation.
Jostens customer service is horrible. They will not ship my daughter's grad announcements correctly. I ordered March 1 and it's April 26 and they still haven't shipped them. The customer service emails just go unanswered. Horrible company.
Ordered and paid for photo card announcements. Told they were made but not mailed, then told never printed, then told that there was a paper shortage in plant and would be issued a full refund after two weeks of calling everyday. Photo cards dropped on my front porch yesterday… AFTER I had to create some of my own for our daughter and pay for those as well. Credit has not been received. Their response at plant was "Why are you complaining? Use them or throw them away". Shocking! Asked to speak to management… never allowed to speak to anyone.
Bought white gold women's north texas ring for my niece
Ring looks big and beautiful on the web page. When u get it so small u can't see stones or college seal. Very disappointed. Not a 600 dollar ring by any stretch of imagination.
My freind and I just received our packages of announcements (cards, letters, class ring etc). 200 dollars + each for cards that do not have: our names, greetings, and salutations. We had been sold these items under the impression that the cards where to be sent to family and friends. The only but of info on the card is an invitation to our years graduation ceremony, these are cards ment to be sent to family across the country who cant make the grad party for financial or shedualing reasons. Over all the materials where not worth the cost we paid
I bought the "yellow illustrian" ring which was sold as "looks like gold and doesn't need to be polished ". But it is tarnishing and needs to be polished. I called up to ask what I should do since it was sold to me under false pretenses. The lady on the phone was rude and short-tempered and they told me to send it in at my own cost to get them to polish it. I basically have a $600 hunk of brass I suppose. Anyway, this is bad business all the way around.
The senior clothes were terrible quality! $60 for a sweatshirt that looks like it's from the dollar tree! It's TERRIBLE quality! I regret purchasing anything from them!
I started an order in December 2021, and to date March 14,2022, the order has not been properly processed! I sent an order form and check after speaking with an agent advising this process would be fine. After weeks of waiting for the check to process, I contacted Jostens customer service and spoke with an agent who was completely ride and unprofessional to the point I had to contact a supervisor after being on hold for an hour! As if that weren't bad enough when I asked about the status of the order the supervisor was unable to verify anything. After a month, I called again only to be told they are working on it, that someone would contact me to follow up with the order. That call never came. I again reached out to Jostens for clarity only to be told the office was moving and there was no person available to complete the order at that time. I then reached out to customer service to Express my dissatisfaction and I was told the order would be cancelled and re-established. I asked for a follow up to make sure the order got placed so my son would receive his graduation gown in a timely manner. Again, it is March 14 the email was on February 24th and I have heard nothing. Last week I called Jostens again. I was then told the order was complete and no further action was needed on my part. I asked the agent if he was certain because the monies never came out of my acct. He stated it was paid in full as a courtesy and the order was complete. This morning I woke up to find the monies were processed through my account today! So which is it was it a credit for customer satisfaction or not?! Clearly no one at Jostens supervisor or otherwise seems to be competent to complete the order properly. Not to age myself but Jostens has been around since I was in high school in 1986! I have had 3 of my children graduate with Jostens! Unfortunately, at this time Jostens is bad business! I understand why people choose Amazon these days. Your order gets to you in a timely manner. At this point, my son will be graduating in his siblings cap and gown which is still in prestine condition. I don't want to give Jostens my business!
Last year yearbooks came in in August. Graduation was in June. No explanation, opportunity to cancel, discount, nothing. Un fortunately the school chooses the company yearbooks come free. I had 2 students in the high school, 1 a senior who never got a single signature from teachers and friends. I know some businesses are understaffed due to Covid. If that is the case we should be told. I stead inquiries are ignore. Phone numbers are given that just put you into a loop or queries with no way to talk to a person. They are right in picturing a lone student under Celebrate as last year that's how yearbooks were celebrated. Alone.
My School (Thomas University) chose this vendor to supply our degrees (diploma) and cap & gown. $350 mandatory payment to cover both. My name was misspelled on the diploma and it was shipped in a tube. I tried to identify my school's representative and could not do so. I contacted them via their webpage and received no contact other than a customer service survey. The school responded, but still cannot provide a date when I might expect to receive a corrected diploma. Mistakes happen, but when a company takes two months to get it wrong, they should own it.
If you can avoid doing business with this company, you should.
Worst place ever! I bought my son a letter jacket back in October 2021 for his senior year and when I received the jacket it had nothing on it at all. It was supposed to have his name, the year of graduation, the mascot and it had nothing! I paid over $300 for the letter jacket. Took forever to get a hold of them about the jacket and here it is Feb 2022 and I still don't have his jacket. Then they finally tell me that they can send the stuff for me to have sewn on it or I can send them the blank jacket so they can sewn it on it! Really? I paid over $300 and know I will have to do their job... wtf! Don't pay anything from this company at all! Also if I wouldn't have had my email showing where I paid and order what I order they would have screwed me over cuz they showed that I didn't pay that much and had just order a blank letter jacket! They have no problem taking my money but they don't want to do anything to fix the problem expect have me sewn the stuff on it my self! What a joke
Just placed an order for my daughter's yearbook despite ALL the RED Flags!
1. Unable to reach a customer service representative via phone or chat.
2. PayPal extension ‘broken' so forced to pay site directly.
3. Feedback link is also conveniently'broken'.
4. 1. 25 star review across the board…
Sure hope my kid gets her personalized yearbook-can't for the life of me understand why schools are still patronizing these folks…
I ordered my 8th graders school pictures back in September. When they arrived, the printing was horrible. It looks like he is whited out. This was a mistake on Jostens end and not a touch up (that they charge you for). I sent 3 emails and received 0 responses back. I finally found time to call over Thanksgiving. I actually got a person, told them my issue, and then the call all of a sudden went to the automated "leave a message." It was ridiculous. They said to leave your number and you would get a call back. We are now well into December and I have yet to receive a phone call back. I would like a refund and will not be ordering from them again until refunded or new pictures sent. Unfortunately, this is who our school district uses so if you want anything related to pictures and graduation, this is who you have to go through. I agree, if I could give a 0 star, I would.
