The worst customer service and worst company ever. I would never recommend buying your yearbooks from this company ever again. First they canceled my yearbook, then they charged me again and now my child isn't getting the yearbook until the new school. That is bull$#*! her friends aren't going to be there next year. I am extremely upset and now my child is losing out on anyone sign the yearbook. They don't deserve to "NO STARS"
I had a question about a $260 purchase I was going to make so I reached out to customer service and got no response for days. Finally I reached out again and the person responded quickly with a one word response. I do not recommend this business. Bad value, bad customer service.
Girl, let me tell you, I ordered my daughter's Cap and Gown a whole month prior to graduation and it's still not here yet. Can you believe that? The expected delivery date is the week of graduation. Like, come on, they're moving slower than a snail. I mean, seriously, they need to step up their game. I'm thinking of telling DISD to find a new provider. But hey, if you're ever in the same boat, make sure to order way in advance. Don't be like me and play yourself. Trust me, you don't want to deal with this kind of stress.
I was about to order my son's graduation cap and gown and school told us to buy from Josten. When I was about to order, surprisingly I found out that Josten is not giving any options to buy just gown and cap which are the only things we need. They made a package with name card and many other useless stuff which we don't need and it feels like they are forcing parents to buy and pay $279! This is RIDICULOUS. How and why schools do business with them and not leaving any options for parents to buy from others.

Wrong size hoodie, Wrong size sweatpants, tassle threads falling out and gem backwards, graduation invites missing words and gold border missing. Never again Jostens. This has been a terrible experience. The last time I called for help, I was told that was the last time I could get any exchanges of anything. I have never had such a poor experience in my life when spending this type of money with a company. Do better!
I paid for express service to receive my cap and gown and I am still waiting. The money was withdrawn from my account. Terrible.
Idk how they are allowed to be in schools and the one recommended. If they make mistakes they leave it on the schools. The reps do not respond or take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't go to this company if you want to make sure you're getting the best services. My son and I ordered his package and NEVER RECEIVED THE INVITES JNTIL LESS THAN A WEEK FROM GRADUATion. No one responds and they don't even have an explanation.
While the class rings are certainly attractive on their website, customer service absolutely SUCKS! I don't think I've had a worse experience with ANY business. For real! I would never, ever shop Jostens again and I would suggest customers take their business elsewhere since there are other options.
After spending about $1500 on a commencement ring and ring box, the ring was deemed overpolished and lettering smudged. I complained via email that these gifts were intended to be a surprise and presented on Valentine's Day for my wife. "Barb" from Jostens via email said they couldn't guarantee it could be returned in time but assured me I could wait to return these items later at my option. After Valentine's Day, my wife agreed the ring needed repairing but also said she did not need/want the accompanying ring box. When I called Jostens asking them to return the box today (3/16/23), I was batted back and forth between different agents in total while listening to same music for an HOUR (1:16 to be exact)! At some point, "Barb" actually somewhat surprisingly momentarily answered, but she quickly just handed me off casually to a really rather rude, abrasive male after locating my order #. This man who failed to identify himself, insisted that the ring box item was considered "separate" - even though it was offered as "an optional accessory" in the last steps in the ring's ordering process - and therefore, was not to be considered included in any grace period afforded the order by "Barb". Therefore, the ring box was subject to a "30 day free return" limitation. When I explained (additionally) that this policy was not written on any paperwork received with these orders or that Jostens was even risking an unfavorable review from me by ignoring simple logic underlying the afforementioned gifts - just for the sake of a $10-20 item (after a customer just spent $1500!), he simply DID NOT CARE...and you shouldn't either!
We ordered announcements for my son for graduation. When he brought them home there were no name cards. When ordering the sales representative was very rude and unprofessional to my husband and so were the other representatives to other customers. It's ridiculous that they can charge 75 bucks for the least amount of graduation announcements and get away with it. Unfortunately there is no other company that comes and offers services so we are at their mercy! Yes we are doing our own personal ones with his picture but we also wanted ones for the close family members with the school colors and such. But now there are no name cards with them! When we called we were told it would be about 40 bucks just to order name cards! Jostens is absolutely over priced and we as parents are at their mercy when we have no other option to order items for graduation. Cap/ Gown, and announcements! If I could give zero stars I would!
AWFUL with employees they have terrible conditions and don't care if they have a meal they need to work right through it the money they make they make you do all this work but at your risk! They have mixed up so many of our orders it is not funny how you send an item to the wrong items to the wrong customer all the way across another state. Half want to help get it back like it is my fault
Paid 299$ for the "golden ticket package" for a graduating senior this year. Paid 299$ in full on Nov 16th of 2022, this is now Jan 22 of 2023 & we are still being ignored. The order number we were given can't be tracked. Have called customer service number MANY, MANY times, someone always says they'll find out what's going on & will call back. Nobody ever calls back. Ever. Finally after months got one helpful person who actually seemed like he cared, he got me a supervisors extension number & name. When I tried to call the supervisor, the extension doesnt work or let me enter it & a customer service lady who was extremely rude & couldn't have cared any less what's happened to us refused to let me speak to the supervisor even though I was told to ask for her by name. The lady instead told me to call/email Brad Held, the apparent owner, who I've attempted to contact for weeks & has ignored phone calls, voicemails, texts & emails. Nobody from this company cares that they took 300$ from us months ago & the order apparently just doesn't exist anywhere. The graduating kids mothers side of the family, since it can't be tracked, now believes we didn't order anything & for some reason believe we have lied to the kid & them about placing the order, so they've went & placed a deposit on their own order, so now there's two orders for the same thing on the same kid. All because jostens failure to communicate & keep track of customers orders. They already got our 300$ so now that we call they make sure to act like they could care less what's happened to us. We have two other kids that will be graduating the next few years & if jostens is the only company available, the other two kids won't be getting graduation stuff after this experience. HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS AFTER TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY?
I bought a over priced hoodie for my son and it was extremely small and printing was very poor quality and dull! Returning the piece of trash was extremely difficult. The phone number isn't easily found on the website and when you call you just get the run around. Finally got a extremely rude foreign woman to take my call. Cost $12.00 to ship the piece of $#*! back and I'm not holding my breath I will get a refund. If I don't get a refund I'm going to file a complaint with the state attorney General office. I'm also going to call his high school and complain to the principal.

Go through their website and try and find a white male. Dozens of young people, but no white males. So if you hate white males and discriminate against them Jostens, why should that part of the population give you their money?
My 16 years old son went behind our back and ordered a $600 ring! So far, he paid $172 and they will only refund $72. This is ILLEGAL! No minors can legally enter into a contract. I'm getting an attorney...its the principle. Wish I could give zero stars.
So looking through all this all the bad reviews are completely correct they never showed up to my child's school to do pictures and never told the school and then said they would give everyone a free 8x10 for that incovince but it's been over 6 weeks and they keep telling the school and me when I call in that it's a delivery delay and they don't know but they also don't know what "free pictures" I'm talking about and get an attitude when I try to explain the issues and what happened. Will pay 10 times to have another company take school pictures as long as it's not them. I hope this saves someone from using them and goes through the aggravation that we have in York pa.
Overpriced and full of flaws from online order to invoice:
1. Under promise and over deliver
2. Send update on orders as they are going through chain of custody.
3. Christmas Delay- Maybe a document that somewhere stating that your normal lead time is 6 and that is why you made it 8.
4. "we are not Amazon" - maybe you should try harder to be at least similar to online retailers if you are going to require an online form. Your online presence looks like something from 1999.
5. Saying a customer combative, argumentative, circular, prejudiced, is not something a customer should hear after dropping $400 on a coat.
6. You have resellers, they are not your employees - this should be clear.
7. Don't give out estimates if you are not going to be close to that date.
8. Invoices and Order Forms do not look like they came from a "multi-million" dollar company - Invoices and online quotes should include T&C and lead times. Invoices transferred from "online portal" incorrect and missing info.
9. Log calls, have a history to look back on and read to the customer.
10. Provide a way to ship directly to the customer.
The service you provide does not even deserve one star.
I paid for retouch and my kids face has roughly 3 colors on it. Very bad editing. Customer service? Geez. I was told that they would go over my pics and call me back within 2-3 days. Never received a call so I waited over the weekend and called them myself.
Was instructed that a refund was approved and it would be 3-5 days before the refund appeared. It's been a week. Excluding the holiday even and no refund.
I'm on hold now waiting. There was a discrepancy on my "account" I'm third in queue waiting for the SUPERVISOR. Currently 1hr and 7minutes on hold.
I could've hired a 13yr old with an iPhone to do a better job than these so called professionals did with their "professional" equipment.
$80 worth of pictures that felt like someone printed them from their basement and sent out as a professional service. LITERAL highway robbery. Lifetiuch will continue to have my vote.

Worst company to use! I bought a a graduation ring for my daughter and set up payments they are so over priced but this was what the school was using. The last two payments didn't come out of my act and when I went online to make the payments it would not let me. I called them to see what's up and they act so nice and stupid at the same time. I then told them to refund my money since they did not deliver the ring and she is now in college. They said sure and it's been 5 weeks of no refund in my act. I then go online to check and once again can't so I call again and get the run around. We see the return but no refund issued, we will have to call you back bs. Now I'm out $$$ for no ring, a disappointed child and am waiting on the return so I can finally buy her a graduation ring from a more professional company and I'm being told that they don't know what's going on and have to reach out to the refund dept lol. I ordered invitations and they came in and weren't the ones I ordered and paid for but instead looked like a standard print for every school in the state. Terrible company and I'd rate them a 0 if I could bc a 1 is to good for them.
