I have purchased. A few furniture items, home deco items and out door fountains from Joss and Main. I love the quality of products, the price, the ease of ordering, the timely arrivals. All my shipments have been early even during this Pandemic. This company has truly been a blessing..
I placed an order online during president's day sale. They shipped the wrong item. I tried to stop the shipment and was told I could not stop it. Then Josh in customer service said I had to pay $72 to return the item. The reviews for Joss & Main are true they have substandard customer service. Shady like a palm tree! Think twice.
At the end of May I order the bedroom so true way here. It took about a month before I get my merchandise. When I receive my bedroom said it look like it was made from a secondhand store The quality is not good. The drawers were messed up, it almost looks like it was a return and then sent to me. I did however call Wayfair I did get a replacement for the nightstand, but I did not want the double dresser one it took too long and I just canceled it. But for the amount of money you guys charge for these products the material you use is terrible. I will never order from you guys again.
The navigation on the site is poor in terms of being able to search. I get the approach in that they would like consumers to drill down into an event as it exposes them to more product rather than receiving hits for a specific search. The challenge is that, as a consumer, I don't have time to drill down into each event. My recommendation is to provide a service that helps the consumer find definitive results.
Unfortunately what you see on the screen looks better than what you get in real life. For some reason, in the three orders, something has been broken. I don't know who is handling the shipping end, but it has been a problem. I'm trying them one more time, and if I have the same issue, I won't buy from them anymore.

Fantastic product line and good prices on the front end... BUT just got stabbed when checking out with a $175.00 shipping charge and that is WAY too high as I ship items across the country. AND for this high cost of shipping, all I received was about 2 weeks on the delivery. That's not good business
The company must offer ways to remove shipping and handling and/or discounts for customers that are consistent consumers and value Joss and Main.
I've gotten some nice things at fair prices from both Joss and Main and Wayfair. But I've also avoided some disasters by being sure to comparison shop before buying ANYTHING from this retail group. Case in point... was considering a flatwear set at J and M this morning. Found it was double the price of the exact same set found on Amazon. In addition, Amazon had quite a few reviews stating that this particular set rusts because its 18/0 stainless... Good deals are possible... but buyer must beware when shopping these retailers.
I purchased a set of 3 mirrors for 57.00. It had been there for days at the price. I paid for it and started to receive the items on the large purchase I made. Almost 10 days later I get an email saying the price had been marked incorrectly and they cant fulfill my order. So, my issue is that you send me the item I paid for. You incorrectly priced the merchandise. That is not my fault and should honor those who paid for it. You should not tell the customer almost 2 weeks after,,, oops. That is not how most stores and businesses work. You correct it after and then make sure the new customers pay that amount. Not the ones who already paid for their merchandise. Very upset and will let everyone know. Not happy with Joss and Main.
Their website is messed up and no one is doing anything about it. I reported "submit" pages that lead to "this page no longer exists". Phone reps don't care. Why doesn't someone follow through when I notified them of a double order. No info was sent on returning one item. More pages "no longer exist" for submitting questions. UGH
Still more difficult to search for products on your site. Search Engine could definitely improve

Where is my order being sent? I clicked on submit order and got just the thankyou, which is very nice. However, I live in both Florida and New York, and there was no shipping option.

This is a general Joss and Main review. I've shipped on this site for a couple of years now. I've bought quite a few items from them and have experienced that many of the items have "flaws" or appear to be "seconds." From a large ginger jar with a finial that was askew, to prints that were crooked in the frames, and furniture with cracks and other issues. I did contact Customer Service and received partial refunds on these items. However, it would be tedious, not to mention expensive, to return things like furniture. I also have found that the shipping may take several weeks. I guess it depends on where the items are shipped from. Some of the prices are very inflated, and even the "deep discounts" aren't really discounts at all. While I have found nice things and are overall pleased, I would just advise people to be cautious. I just wonder where some of these items come from and if in fact many are "seconds."

I have never ordered from Joss and Main, although I do enjoy their products. Everytime I have gone to purchase from them, I have found the item cheaper elsewhere. Well, this morning I clicked on their specials and first thing I see is the vase I just bought yesterday from zgallerie for $32, JossandMain has it on sale for $91! My advice is to shop around before buying form them.

There needs to be a search site button. Also, a banner I wanted to purchase was unavailable because it "ended" yesterday. I would have bought more if that darn clock didn't keep counting down the minutes before my cart would close.
Beware if the description says "fully assembled." You may want to verify this with customer service as I ordered a kitchen cart with that description and found out from customer service that it was a mistake and not fully assembled. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Just an FYI.
I love this site and I wish I could give it at least 4 stars. Great merchandise and good prices but there are two strikes against it and that is why I only gave it 3 stars. The first strike - no search button. The second strike - most items can be returned for merchandise credit only. HUGE negative! When you are already paying extra to have big things shipped to your house and if you don't like it or it doesn't fit, you end up paying twice for shipping and as a "bonus" you don't get your money back? - NO BUENO.
I had a question about the item that I purchased. Questions that the description did not address. Simple questions like does the item require batteries or electricity. Since the item allowed only a credit return it was important to me to find out if this purchase was going to work in my home. I posted the question on facebook and also on the site. I never got a response. Had to research the internet and other sites to find out information. Three hours later I got the answer to my question from another site.

I've only ordered from them twice. And both orders were not the quality I was expecting, a little lower quality. The website makes things look great. Like another reviewer, I appreciate the fact that the website introduces me to some new products; however, when I search elsewhere for that same product, Joss and Main charges more and plus charges for shipping, even for the small items. So it has been awhile since I've ordered from Joss and Main, although I search their website daily. I would advise to search and cost compare Joss and Main's prices to other sites and companies. I also have their app on my phone. I wished that they had a search feature on the app; that would make searching and browsing easier.
