I'm absolutely delighted with my shopping experience at Jomashop. Firstly, the delivery was incredibly fast. My order arrived much earlier than expected, which pleasantly surprised me.

As for the quality of the products, they are simply outstanding. Each item matched the description on the website, and the quality of materials and craftsmanship simply amazed me. Furthermore, the prices for these original items were quite reasonable, making shopping at Jomashop even more appealing.

The overall ordering process was intuitively understandable, and customer support was always ready to assist me with any questions or inquiries.

I know this company has good reviews, but just trust me and shop elsewhere. Sure, they have competitive pricing, but they hardly have any products actually in stock. I ordered a TAG watch for fathers day and their Website said it would ship within 3-4 weeks. It did not say "out of stock" or "back-ordered". Long story short, its been almost 8 weeks and still no watch. When you call, they just tell you they are waiting for it to come from their supplier. It could come in tomorrow or in 6 months. They have no clue. Worst customer service, worst watch company. Spend a little more money and get a lot more value somewhere else.

So far, I am not impressed at all, they sent me a dead watch. I've returned it as they promised to reimburse me, including the shipping costs, but now they won't reply to my follow up messages. Please be wary of this online shop. The 'discount' isn't worth the savings as I'm out $600 and they've ghosted on me.

Ordered a watch I was told was in stock at another Jomashop warehouse. After many phone calls and getting hung up on once I was finally told they did not have the watch and were attempting to outsource it. Customer service reps were terrible. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customers with complaints. Unable to speak to higher ups in company. Customer service reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. I was able to cancel my order with out the problems others have written about. I was lucky. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again

Everyone who buys from Jomashop should be aware that you are not getting a normal manufacturer's warranty on your product. You are trading warranty coverage for the pricing. I'm done with Jomashop. I will only use them to get reputable watch dealers to match their price.

I am a repeat customer (3 expensive watches). On the last watch, Tudor Black Bay Bronze Automatic Men's Watch, the leather band broke within 2 months under normal use. They would not stand behind their sale, and correct/replace the defective band.

I bought 2 high priced watches from Jomashop, an IWC Portofino rose gold and a Zenith Captain triple date rose gold boutique edition.
Two reservations: 1) I'd expect a little more polish from the salesmen when I spend so much in their store.
2) The owner's manual for the Zenith does not correspond to the watch I got.
But overall, the buying experience was satisfying: great prices (incredible for the Zenith, discounted 61%, for an absolutely grand timepiece!), watches as described, smooth delivery. I will be a repeat buyer.
The substituted warranty does not bother me much, we can reasonably expect a swiss watch to work fine past the warranty's two-year duration.

In the past when I have made a return I have received a shipping label. It cost me over 50 dollars to ship back and they still charge me 28 how is that fair... We will not be ordering anything else...
