I have purchased 2 watches over last few years. Always good price and fast delivery.
Ordered watch but was informed it was not in stock and was provided with a 30 USD discount on next purchase over 250 uSD; however every time I tried to make a purchase the code provided for the discount would be described as invalid. The gesture was nice and motivated me to try to purchase but since the promised rebate was not forthcoming I now have 2 reasons to distrust the seller's credibility.
Not at all pleased with customer service. Not at all pleased with the quality of the item purchased. Would not exchange or refund. Item was not as described. They used the excuse that it was purchased over 30 days to refuse my exchange or refund. I will not recommend or do business with this company again.
The selection options were endless! Quick delivery and everything was packaged perfectly to avoid damage during the shipment. Received a great discount on the order and the delivery confirmation came right on time! Couldn't be happier, great doing business with you!

Great value on a high end michael kors watch, but the automatic winding feature doesn't always stay moving and has to be reset if not worn for a couple days, sort of annoying. Site was good with quick shipping and packed securely.

Although, Jomashop is known for its spectacular watch deals, I recently purchased a Michael Kors handbag at an amazing price! I purchased the handbag as an Xmas gift for my mother and she loved it! In addition, I was looking to buy an MK watch for a friend, I had questions regarding the watch which prompted me to enter a live chat with one of their customer service agents. Like the Kinetic watch I ordered from Jomashop. I even figured out a way to fast charge the watch within 5 minutes to reserve 6 months power.
Look and Feel: Great, Crystal Sapphire without any scratch for 2 months daily wear.
Accuracy: So far only one time I found the watch was faster than it should be, may be it is because the adjustment pin was accidentally touched. Otherwise, it stays with the Atomic Clock.
Power Reserve: Steady

I've had my new Citizen EcoDrive for several months... the price from Jomashop was the best... no body else came close. The watch was brand new, runs fine... came in the original box. It's not protected by a Citizen warranty since it appears that it's available if you purpose the product from a jeweler at a much higher price but it comes with a Jomashop warranty. My other EcoDrive watch is 12 years old and runs fine so I don't expect it to be an issue. Delivery was prompt...
