Top layer of the mattress is lifting 6 months after purchase.I've never seen a mattress do this.mattress firmness not as advertised.medium to firm description is incorrect.it's soft to medium,.trying to claim on warranty for the last 4 weeks, very difficult even though mattress is faulty.

Unfortunately, couple of nights ago my favorite bed was broken, because it was too old. I understood that I required a new bed, because i needed sleeping as well as any other people. I started to search for some stores and shops which can provie me with a new bed. Of course, it wouldn't replace my favorite bed, nevertheless I would have a place to sleep on. I visitied the website of this company, applied here and got a support from customer support managers. They explained me everything and sent me a new bed. The delivery was pretty fast and I got my ned bed in couple of days.
Actually was dropped off at the wrong house, lucky our neighbor is honest. There is a glitch in Tolls system- so you cant activate your registration - when I called them all they could tell me was that it was dropped off - but I had not received it - we are in lockdown and we are at home. Your delivery service needs to do the right thing!

It sat in the garage for 5 months flat packed, but once it was all put together, i have had nothing but compliments. I couldn't have done it without JC great prices

I choose 6 lovely dining chairs that I am very happy with, however 1 had a large noticeable chip on the back leg, when I advised John Cootes customer service department of this they arranged for a replacement chair to be delivered immediately, I would not hesitate to shop online with John Cootes again.

I brought an Artiss gaming chair through John Cootes.
I feel for them as it was a bad experience that they couldn't prevent but they did accommodate me very well.
With a poor quality (maybe I just got a bad one) and COVID induced delays John Cootes resolved by issue.
So I never got a email saying that my order was on the way, I had a nice lady email me and help me out next minute my order rocks up the next day, definitely good helpers 10/10
