Claim to care but are only in it for the money. Funding runs out, only half training provided, employee kicked off the system. I was told that they would provide training, that's why we hired an unqualified person, as we thought the training was provided. Only half the training was provided, the directer thinks they went above and beyond, what a joke.

Awful experience.
Only spoken to 2 people from Jobs22 so far but both are talk AT you like a naughty 7 year old, not TO you.
My so called 'coach' listens to just enough of an answer to a question to tick a box, then moves on regardless.
Supposed appointment notifications don't get sent & I didn't receive my initial phone call, luckily I pitched up for my (disastrous) face-to-face on time by chance - Though I did get a text delivered during my appointment with a link to a survey!
Despite 30+ years in IT I was 'offered' to work in a distant quarry, and a food processing factory... Before any of my background had been established.
OK, life's gone a bit awry, I've been dumped in a noisy, drug infused HMO in a jobs black hole, miles from friends, their support and the most realistic chances of employment - My coach's answer: It's all about money, Get a job & move out... NOT the answer. I could never expect to hold down any gainful employment in these surroundings.
All seems to be nothing more than box ticking to keep a 'jobs for the boys' contract (whilst including 'sanctioned' in a threatening context in at least every 5th sentence), getting you off their books as a success ASAP, regardless of your actual circumstances.
Awful.
