I bought the 2 week trial for $2.99 to check out the service. There was NO MENTION of an autorenew that would cost $69.60. I was floored when PayPal charged my bank card for that amount. I tried to get through to customer service via email stating that it was NEVER clearly stated that this would turn into an autorenew service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SERVICE! It is complete and utter B.S. I learned the hard way. I tried to get them to refund my money as I have been laid off and do not have a lot of disposible income at this time. They basically just sent me a form letter stating there would be NO REFUND. They do not clearly state the terms and condiditions of the Trial Subscription. I have no idea why it costs $69.60 to continue a trial that initially cost $2.99! AGAIN DO NOT USE JOB LEADS OR YOU WILL BE
SORRY! They will also autorenew you again! It's pretty sad that they take advantage of people out of work or trying to get a legitimate position. It's absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves! I wish I could rate them a ZERO!

Horrible. Scam. They must sell email to advertises as after I signed up i got tons of SPAM. The jobs posted do not match either and many seem fake.

AVOID JOB LEADS

Very poor value for the amount they charge per month. I made the mistake of buying a 14 day premium for £2.99. Then I forgot to cancel because I did not even know I had to. What I paid for was only for a 14 day premium period. (See the attached picture of the offer I rented). Just 1 second after the 14 day premium period expired they charged my credit card €69. I reacted immediately to request a refund of this charge as I did not use any service and I did not subscribe to any additional period besides the 14 day premium period. They refused. They promised a CV check by an expert, but the truth is that ChatGPT could do it better and for free. Also, I believe they use AI to answer and review every document I send them. Their only priority/mission is to charge your credit card. They maliciously exploit the desperation of job seekers. Based on my bad experience, I recommend AVOIDING JOBLEADS. LinkedIn seems to me to be much more effective, transparent and cheaper. DEAR JOBLEDS, Thank you for stealing 69€ from me for nothing. I hope the CEO is enjoying my 69€ drinking mojitos in Ibiza.

To clarify, when signing up for the 14-day trial, the subscription terms, including the automatic renewal, are presented upfront in our Terms & Conditions and the confirmation email. The renewal process is industry standard to ensure uninterrupted service, but we understand it can be frustrating if it’s overlooked. Once a subscription renews, the charge applies for the new billing period, which is why we were unable to process a refund.
