I initially signed up for your service expecting a charge of $2.99, not $60. Your website deliberately obstructs the cancellation process, making it impossible to cancel the subscription as instructed. Each time I tried to navigate to the "Account" section to cancel, the page automatically redirected me back to the dashboard, preventing me from completing the cancellation.
This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and cancellation of my premium membership. Your customer service needs to address this issue promptly.
Your site is misleading and the product is subpar. Do not deceive other customers in this manner.

Initially, my request for a refund was completely denied, despite reaching out to customer service immediately after being charged $69.90 for a membership I did not want. It was only after I posted my review here that the company finally acknowledged my complaint.
At first, they offered to refund only half of the amount, which I refused. Eventually, they agreed to refund the full amount. While I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue, I am still highly dissatisfied with their customer service. It should not take a public complaint for a company to address legitimate refund requests.
Additionally, I want to thank Sitejabber for providing a platform where consumers can voice concerns and hold companies accountable. Without this review, I doubt my issue would have been resolved.
Final Verdict: Be cautious when signing up for their trial, as the cancellation process is misleading, and customer service only acts when pressured publicly.

This is a big scam site that they use your credit card for services that you did not sign for and they fish you out, very bad service.
It is a scam. They charged me with a 70 € fee I have not accepted. The jobs they publish are not real neither. Be careful.
