Refund money

Just to let now that this company does`t send email to the subscrber´s when the finish line is comming to the end, and they take, take, take until you notest that you`ve been roubed, they went to my account 3 times and they roub me 209,70€ when i notest this mounth the roubery.
I contact them to give me my money back and i am whaiting for a good resolution or i will go to my bank reporting that this they do was FRAUD, nobody goes to my account with out my permission, and i did not reccive a email to inform me if i whanted to continue whit the subscricion

The resume review is laughable. The feed back in my opinion are not helpful. If you want me to pay for the service show me the real stuff. Don't use an automated template and reply back.

Mixed feelings

They offer some services once you have perminum account with them which be beneficial but I never used the service and only after being charge I was told of the benefits. They did offer to stop the pymnt and I appreciate that very much. Sarah was very helpful in helping me understand the benefits and providing me with a good gesture by stopping the remaining pymnt.

This company is nothing but a scam! They continuously steal money, refuse to delete accounts, and keep charging without authorization. Avoid them at all costs and don't fall for their tricks!

Excellent customer service

For a mistake of mine I did register for their services, and when charged the monthly fee it came as a bad surprise to me, I therefore requested a full refund which with a couple of email was accepted showing care of their customers!
