It took 30 days to receive my ring! If the ring was coming from China, why is the return address on the pkg. Listed as Hebron, KY? Was is made in China then shipped to KY? I am satisfied with the ring, but not the length it took to get it! Thank you

Joancee followed through on my ring order in a timely manner. They informed me when the ring was being shipped. It came well packaged and in a nice keepsake box. I will order from them again.

This ring is beautiful fits perfect I just love ve it. Can't wait to order another one soon.

Thus was my 20th wedding anniversary present. It said 7 to 12 days for shipping. However it didn't ship until 9 days after the order was placed. It arrived 10 days AFTER my anniversary. Had I known it would take that long I'd have either ordered sooner or from somewhere else. When i contacted them all of a sudden a shipping label was made but it still didn't actually move to any shipper until 5 days later (by this time my anniversary had come and gone). It was supposed to be shipped via usps but I own a company and use usps all the time for our shipping and it's NEVER taken 15 days from or to Las Angeles. The ring is pretty but I'm underwhelmed. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is my fourth ring that I have ordered from this company. All have been beautiful. But this one is exactly what I have been looking for. A simple round solitaire ring. Not too big not too small. It just sparkles so beautifully. The quality is amazing. Beep happy with this purchase.

The rings I chose are absolutely beautiful: white sapphires and silver! Stunning pieces and they sparkle and shine better than a diamond in my opinion. However I paid extra for faster shipping. My order was held up for at least 8 days after I received the order my jewelry had shipped. It was 3 weeks (and I had to reach out to find out it had been processed and shipped,) before it appeared. I'd hoped to have them by the 15th for my wedding. It was a full 8 days later they arrived. Maybe change how orders are shipped? Just a suggestion.

The first thing I noticed was the box was crushed at the bottom...so i Immediately opened the box to make sure the ring was not damaged And thankfully, it was not, so the presentation was not satisfactory would have like to give the gift to her with the complete box.

The ring is gorgeous and fits exactly as expected. It is a show stopper for sure! Shipping takes a while so take that in to account. Each ring is made to order so it isn't like 2 day shipping. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get to my house. But, worth the wait.
