My ring started to loose shape and thickness. I contacted the company and Ivy was wonderful to deal with.

What can I say I order it and never received it yet I
Order it on September 20 and they said it was supposed to come on 14 business days never came yet

Almost a month late they never answer back never do what they say horrible customer service

I ordered and paid for engraving. I did not get the ring when promised and no engraving was completed. No one ever contacted me about this and did not refund me. All that aside, ring was beautiful

My order was cancelled because it was not filled timely. Then, they sent it anyway and their return policy would only refund half. I will not use them again and do not recommend them!

Although the delivery time was a bit long, the product was well worth the wait. The earrings were exactly as advertised. They are marvelous and well worth the price!

Only problem is shipping process takes extremely too long

Took a long time to get my ring set after ordering.

They are beautiful and can't makes our wedding more exciting. They are very affordable.

Wonderful. I entered the wrong mailing address and phone number.
I sent a message and they got right back to me, reassuring I would get the ring. Sure enough, I had emails constantly letting me know where the package was! Got it on time, and it's beautiful.

Pretty much what the title says. I placed an order and paid $25 for expedited shipping which says 3 business days but it's been 2 weeks and after contacting customer support I still haven't heard anything. Would not recommend buying from here.

When the ring finally came, the ring was scratched and bent.

It's been a month since I've placed my order and it still has not been shipped. I have asked for a refund but I have gotten no response. Strongly don't recommend.

Delivery is not good at all. I paid for 3 day delivery and it took 3 weeks to get it.
