I placed my order on March, I paid for the expedited shopping which was another $26 on top of my order. The expedited shipping as advertised as 3-5 days. After the 5 days had passed, I decided to wait a little longer because I understand things happen, when 10 days passed, I decided to email their customer support, it took 3 days for customer support to get back to me, at this point I still had not received my order. The response I received was "be patient, the order is processing" When I explained to the rep I had been patient and was frustrated that I had paid and extra $26 for expedited shipping, she in turn offered me a $10 credit, which to be was absurd, I paid $26 for the shipping and was told 3-5 days, my order did not arrive until May 28th, so almost 2 months after placing my order I finally received it. I will say the piece I order is amazing, but the customer service is lacking, and the mailing time is absurd.
