If I could give no stars I would! I paid for fast shipping and they kept telling me that it was under urgent shipping for two weeks. I never got tracking information of my order. I submitted a dispute with my credit card and they sent fake documentation so the dispute didn't go through. Supposedly, they had already shipped and delivered the merchandise but I never received it. Please do not trust!

I had a good experience. However, seeing more rings on a hand and more ring descriptions would have been helpful.
I ordered a ring on February 6th 2024 and paid an extra 25 CAD for express shipping, and it was stated that shipping would be within 3 working days. 2 weeks later I contacted them as I had not received my order and they told me that my order had not proceeded and they needed to complete the order. It wasn't until the 5th of March 2024 that I finally got a shipping confirmation email, I finally got my order on the 12th of March 2024. Although the product is nice, it is not worth the price and the hassle, and the customer service is not understanding and is very dismissive. If i had read the reviews before hand i would not have ordered from this company.
