I received a different ring than the one I ordered. It was in 3 pieces and I thought it was a single piece.

Other than that it was a great value and is being enjoyed but will need a jeweler fuse the 3 rings into a single unit.

Took longer after paying 3to5day shipping. Item is not what I expected now I want a refund and there giving me the run around

It's a little a wait but I did special order!be patient it is worth it!

The item was very nice. I bought it for wife's Mother's Day. But the delivery was terrible. I paid extra to have item delivered in 3-5 days. Mother's Day came and item was still not delivered. Item finally arrived 3 days after Mothers Day. First and last time buying from Joancee.

The stone fell out of my ring. I contacted customer service the issue was quickly resolved.
