Rings are very detailed and beautiful. If you are like me and you do not read everything they do make the ring when you order it so it takes a little longer.

I stared my orders for 9 rings april 27th 2024,I paid $26.00 extra for each for 3-5days shipping that's 9 rings I paid $26.00 for 3-5 days shipping because I was moving,again it was april 27th I started the order,I did not recieve a partial order until May 29th well past 3-5 days I paid extra for I am owed the money back and I've asked for it a d have got no reponce,I keep being g told it's being shipped.here we are agai June11th 2024 2 months later again i paid for 3-5 days shipping.theres no excuse for this.for 9 rings that's $234 I am owed in extra shipping to get it quicker,I would greatly appreciate my money refunded.the extra is all I'm asking for that's 9 rings 2 ordered I ordered 2 spider rings and 2 dragon fly rings,and paid the extra $26.00 for everyone of them to ship in 3-5 days your website offers that shipping option but I dint recieve anything g for over a month 3 days shy of 2 months,so I am rightly owed the shipping back for 9 rings so.e of which I still have not gotten and I've since moved.i tried to contact the company and threw email and chat offered I'm always told their closed or not available at any time day or night,I'm being avoided so no I will contact my credit card for the refund of my money and you can keep your rings if they even exist.

I ordered the ring and paid extra for expedited shipping (3-5 days). After 11+ days of shipping (not production) I finally received it. The center stone is very dark for a white sapphire…none of my other white sapphires look like it. The center stone is attached to the band by very little and one good accidental knock against anything and it will break off. I did not notice that in the pictures as I would not have ordered the ring if I had. It's also very uncomfortable as the side stones rub the adjacent fingers.

It was easy to put in my order and the ring I received was as pictured.

The experience was straightforward,wife was very pleased,so Big thanks to Joancee 💪🏽Will be ordering again.

I really like the Ring set I ordered. It is very pretty, and I have received quite a few compliments.

Apparently there wasn't a complete address put on my ring purchase I have contacted the company but have yet to get a real response. On my first attempt they tried to make it seem like it was still coming and how I needed to contact post office. So I sent a screenshot let them know that it did not have a complete address on the package.

It was not a good experience I did not receive what I ordered and you can not speak to anyone

I ordered item on May 7th. Paid $16 for 6-8 days shipping. Received item on May 29th. This item was for a gift and i had to show a picture as a gift. I asked for a refund for the shipping charges but never got it. Never again Joancee

Took awhile but I got it. It was worth the wait. I probably will order from Joancee again!

Finally received my product very happy with my product... It said it was going to take 9 to 12 business days to arrive. On day 12 not counting the weekends or the one holiday because they said business days I still had not received any communication with tracking numbers so I reached out and asked if it had shipped where my order was and on day 14 I received it. Did not get an email back, but I did get the email that asked me to do a survey to confirm my order.
