I was a bit nervous about ordering based on other reviews but I was not disappointed. Products look just as pictured on the website. I didn't receive any email notifications but my order arrived in about a month as expected. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered 2 rings and they are beautiful. But I paid $26 extra for the express shipping which was supposed to be 3-5 business days. Didn't get them till 3 weeks and when I contacted them they just refunded $10
