I was so excited to get this ring, I'm looking to purchase more jewelry

The package is never delivered on time. You could never talk to a live person and they take forever to respond to a email. I paid extra for my package to be received I 3-5 business days and it's been weeks and I still have not received my package

Easy to locate want I saw on YouTube. Very easy check out. It's my birthstone color sapphire and the blue is a beautiful color blue.

Website could be more functional. Would hit pay, but it never confirmed payment accepted. Delivery was not within the time frame expected. Waiting long enough that I disputed the charge.

I lost my wedding ring about a month ago and wanted something temporary until I find it. I was a little concerned about the size but it is a perfect fit and is absolutely beautiful for a temporary replacement.

I have to say it is a very beautiful wedding ring set and a perfect fit and I put it in it's box every night so it don't get messed up, it takes awhile to get the item but it's worth the wait

I saw a to die for ring when shopping with my fiance for an engagement ring! That ring had diamonds you could fall in to! I shook as I tried it on! I choked when I saw the &10k price! It was worth every penny but out of my budget! Then I found an almost exact replica thru Joancee It is so amazing! So special! And I'm not afraid to wear it!

Was not able to track package. Customer service was no help did not return my email complaint. No update on my package and the package came late and was said to be here before I needed it and came days later and longer then the delivery time said. Just was not first impression.

The ring was gorgeous it just took a few weeks longer to deliver the they said.
