Bought a ring two weeks before our wedding and purchased 3-5 day shipping hoping it would be on time for the event. It has now been two weeks since receiving the shipping notification and ring still has not arrived. Company refuses to refund the cost of shipping after multiple emails. Horrible company to buy from. Hopefully the ring is more upstanding.

While the ring was beautiful, the delivery process was not. I paid for Express 3 to 5 day shipping and it took 3 weeks to get here. I ordered it on June 7th, it took 10 days to ship it and another 10 before I received it. I reached out to Customer Service and all I got give us more time, then links to track my shipment. Never really explaining to me why it wasn't sent Express.

I was unaware That the ring was not even going to match up with the bands. There are spaces in between the bands in the rings just makes it look super cheap and fake.

Everything went good. The piece I got is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful ring. Looks just like the pictures. I get so many compliments on this ring. The shipping took a bit longer than I expected. Joancee Customer Service was prompt to answer my questions. The only thing I would have liked to have included with the ring were the documented specifications of the ring.

We bought this ring as a replacement for our wedding ring. It is a great ring. However it took a little longer than we expected but it was worth it 100%.

The two rings I got were beautiful! I am very pleased with this purchase.

Ordered on May 31st and it's July 1 and I still don't have my ring. Customer service is horrible. Refusing to refund me. I will never order from this company and will never recommend this company

The rings fit perfectly for us. Take a couple of time for the curving.

To be honest my experience was not great.
Shipping took close to 4 weeks, and when I reached out to inquire I was told that it is taking the normal time. Mind you I was aware of the 10 to 12 business days so I didn't even inquire until the 12th business day. I do like the vintage look of the ring but the main stone looks like children's costume jewelry.
