I'm very excited about my purchase. I can hardly wait to wear this beautiful ring.

It took a long time to get here. I was beginning to think it was a scam since the BBB gave it an "F" rating. When I tried to look up my order on your web site it stated that I didn't have any orders. Better communication and updates would have eased my mind. Now that the wait is over I must say it was worth the wait.

I paid extra for expedited shipping. I receive my order 2 weeks after placing order.
Not happy that I paid to receive it in 3 to 5 days.

I had my doubts about it but it's beautiful. Most people don't like black rings, and I was one of them but that changes the day I got my ring.

The ring itself is beautiful but the band part looks yellow but a brassy yellow it just looks very cheap thank you

At purchase shipping was 9-12 days. The shipping took 3 weeks. The first tracking # said my order hadn't been shipped yet (although a label was already made) and it was in LA. After I contacted customer service, the tracking # they sent me showed my package to be Hong Kong. The third week it showed up in Illinois and was finally delivered to me in Texas. Although shipping was crazy, the product was perfect.

Paid for expedited shipping and it took 3 weeks to receive my purchase instead of the 9-11days it was supposed to. Also no contact number to call and took several days to reply by email. No refund for shipping cost

I am so disappointed with this purchase. This looks like a 10-12.00 ring at most. I will not buy anything from this company again. Everything on the internet seems to be a scam. So buyer beware. This is just another example of bait and switch. It really is a shame. I looked forward to receiving the ring, only to find a cartoon version of it. I'm letting everyone know to be careful.

I 'm been waiting for my bracelet like for a month and i haven't receive it yet?,, i sent several email, and finally some one reply back to me, saying that the bracelet is out of stock,, i don't know,,why since the begging they would of told that,,
