Poor quality. Took three weeks to deliver. Missed my wedding. They want me to pay to return it. Very unresponsive.
Been waiting on my ring since May 11 and had to pay an extra $15 just for them to ship me the ring back and I still been waiting for it
Unfortunately due to the vast distance between China and the USA, the communication was very slow and intermittent. I was not advised about my order in a consistent time frame. When I finally received my order details via my tracking order my delivery days increased daily instead of decreasing. It was very confusing.
Customer service definitely needs to signifanctly improve before I place another order with your company.
The ring is even more beautiful than it looked online! The only complaint that I have is that I paid for expedited shipping to get my ring in 3-5 days! And just the shipping portion took 16 days. So be sure you order in plenty of time!

I purchased the ring that looks like lace for our 13 year anniversary, My wife loves it. When I purchased it I thought it would be a faster turn around but customer service explained that everything is hand made and takes a minute which made since. If you are looking for something plan ahead for time for the product to be made and shipped. Overall quality is nice and well made.
I received my original order in February. In May a diamond/stone was missing. I was giving three options. I selected a replacement which I only had to pay the shipping fee. I'm satisfy with the outcome.
