My order came in kinda late but I'm very pleased with the results

This ring was beyond my expectations. Absolutely beautiful. I just wish I had known how long it would take to arrive. But well worth the wait.

Horrible customer service. Hard to get a hold of someone to give you a decent response

Shipping took about a month & it never did show I placed an order on their site. But it finally came & I LOVE IT! I'll definitely shop with them again!

Took one month to get a generic ring. When it did arrive I found they never engraved it. They are not answering my emails for refund.

I purchased 2 rings which took almost an entire month to arrive even though they said it would take days, then the size was too small and when I wanted to return or exchange they forced me to pay for shipping! There's no US customer service number to call and every message takes days to be seen and they never provide a solution. They don't care about the customer, I believe their practices are dishonest

The product too to long to ship and too long to receive. I was trying to have it for my anniversary it it was a month late.

This product looks like I paid $2 for it on Temu. I purchased previously from Juelia and I loved the ring. I purchased this one as it was my favorite and it looks so cheap for what I paid for it. I have reached out through messenger and email requesting a refund and information on sending the ring back. I received a couple messages asking questions and when answered I am being completely ignored. They are reading messages but not responding. I have yet to receive an email response from them. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE PEOPLE INQUIRING NOT TO PURCHASE

I love this company, absolutely amazing products, gotten so many compliments on the ring. Fits perfect... great choice just wish it would of been in on my wedding day.
