Horrible.Made in China. Shipped from China. Never informed of this fact. Dozens of unanswered emails. False USPS tracking numbers. Received ring after 3 weeks. Horrible business.!
The bands were of a great quality however production and delivery took 28 days!
Ordered a new set on June 29th and paid for expedited delivery. Finally received notice it shipped July 10th. Waited anxiously and to this day STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER and we are in August. Can't even give a review on a product that I never received! Every time I reach out to customer service I get someone who can't understand English and then through emails I was told to reach out to the carrier and that was it!
Other than the shipping itself which took longer than expected, once I received my order I was very pleased.
Website didn't work well, not user friendly. Good response time after informing customer service but very frustrating.
I have tried 3 cards and it won't except them, I would rather use my debit card than a friend's credit card... this was the only thing that bothered me.

I paid for expedited shipping and it still took WEEKS to receive my order. Expedited shipping should not be offered, if orders are still going to take more than 7 business days to arrive. However, I am pleased with the product. Good quality.
I really like my ring it's very pretty. Was a bit disappointed that the engraving is too small to see. I had to look with a magnifying glass. Fits perfectly. Ivy guided me through a few questions about the month long process and shipping. Very grateful for her help.

The product took way longer than expected, once I received the product, the engraving is so tiny you can barely see it. Also while waiting for it to ship I kept getting false hope emails saying that it was shipped. I had better customer service in the past and this time I was very unpleased with the entire thing including the ring engraving.
