I ordered a ring from this company. I waited 3 weeks for the ring to come. When it came, I placed the ring on my finger and it was too big! I reached out to cs and was advised special order rings cannot be refunded as well as rings over a certain size. They communicate via Facebook messenger and it is one message per day. Horrible.
They finally decided I can return the ring to China but according to shipping fees, to return the ring would be twice as what I paid for the ring. Lesson learned, never again.

Ordered a very beautiful and special ring set for me and my newlywed. Paid for the 3-5 day shipping. Now on day 19 from original shipment. No response in possible refund or assistance.

Love the Product the Ring are great my wife loves her ring I like my ring to but the only thing I did not like was the shipping ya'll need to work on it.

My ring is very nice however it took some time to come. Over all I like my ring. It was a first year anniversary present from my husband.

The website had good options for many different type of rings and mine delivered and it was well made.

My experience was not that great. I paid for 3 day shipping. It took just about a month to receive my items. No happy with that.

It was way to long for my item to get here, almost a whole month. Plus, I had paid extra for it to get here faster, will not buy from this place again.

I have ordered wedding ring sets from this site a few times and the sizing was always spot on and the attention to detail is impeccable. I've had people stop me and ask if my white sapphire ring was real diamond and others simply say WOW YOU ARE A LUCKY GIRL! The amount of care and quality for the products and quick service and price is one thing I will always remember from Joancee which is why I love this company when it comes to fine jewelry.
