I absolutely love my ring, the quality for the price can't be beat! Customer service excellent, you may have to wait to the next day due to time difference but my issue with accidentally ordering twice was resolved quickly by email correspondence. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the rings, they're a reasonable price and are good quality, but when I ordered the rings it took almost a whole month for them to deliver even though i was told 10-12 days.

I ordered 2 rings and then paid $26 for Express shipping, which would have taken 7 to 9 business days for processing and shipping. I looked up the shipping label that they created and discovered they used parcel select, the cheapest and slowest shipping method ever. 22 days later I was still emailing asking where my order was. It even went through Pitney Bowes; the worse carrier of all

I was a little nervous because a delay but once I contacted customer service they worked diligently.

I had to contact customer service because my ring was very late.

It looked so nice and small on the website. It was actually a lot bigger than I had wanted. It took forever to get here and then my daughter cut the tag off before we saw you weren't suppose to to return it. It has sat in the box since getting it and it will probably stay right there.

But I was kinda disappointed because I payed for 3-5 day arrival and it ended up taking almost 4 weeks and they didn't even bother to refund me even if it wasn't that much, secondly the ring is to yellowish and I'm the picture it looks like a nice 14k gold but other than that the ring is nice I will still use it since I already purchased it

The ring is beautiful and my fiancé is absolutely stunned with it, and I'd definitely buy here again and very well might get my ring from here

Took a month to get product. The product doesn't look as nice as expected for the price
