I was disappointed in my set only because the pictures they show on website makes the stones a normal size but they are huge stones and looks so fake.

I have not gotten my order With no follow up on tracking my order or unexpected arrival date

Horrible, I never received my purchase and when I contacted customer service it excuse after excuse. I would never buy from them again and I encourage others not too either.

Shipping took two weeks but the ring is beautiful! Love it 🥰

Found the perfect ring, ordered it, it came in a nice box and it was smaller than I expected but that's okay. Only problem, was how long it took to arrive. But guess that's normal nowadays.

I believe I ordered the band in time in order to have it for our wedding. Unfortunately order got hung up. Lost track of it for a few days and it arrived Three days after our wedding

Your service was misleading and it was not honest about delivery time or date and I still did not get the free gift that I was supposed to receive with my order. Kept getting the runaround on my delivery time that I was supposed to get it on and I got it way past my due date

Took appx a month to receive Item once it was ordered, Positive experience with Customer Service checking into the status of shipping. Package Tracker app to track shipment not that great, never updates actually received package before it even confirmed delivery was made.

Loved the rings I received. They were perfect for what I was wanting.

This was my second order, and I'm awaiting a third. The ability to email them to request customization is wonderful, and I'm thrilled with both of my pieces.

Love the jewelry! Good communication with some slight delays, but overall good communication. Wish there was better explanations concerning the ship times when purchasing. Whe it says 9-11 days for shipping when purchasing that is when it should be expected, if not, then it should be stated upon purchasing.

I created an account but purchased as a guest. The refused to merge them so I had to email 7 times to find out the status. The rep was rude and my order was refused by the carrier so my wait time was even longer.

I love ever item I have purchased from this site. Everything glitters and look very authentic. I've had other jewelry from here for a few years that looks still brand new.

Unfortunately they did not send the right product. It was unfinished on one side. We paid for engraving and did not receive it and paid $25 rapid mail only to have to wait the same amount of time. I would have waited anyway
