I ordered my ring on May 30,2024, it was supposed to arrive from 9 to 12 working days, it was supposed to arrive by June 15 but it arrived today, June 21, I had to buy another ring from another jewelry store since if I didn't do it I wouldn't be able to get married, that's terrible the delivery service, the truth is I don't recommend this jewelry, your package will never arrive on time, Check the photos I posted so you can see since when I placed my order.

I was very satisfied with my experience here on this site. Shopping on here was an easy breeze and simple. But when receiving my order, took a little longer than expected. As well as cutting it close to the day I really needed it. Luckily I received it a day before I really needed it. But it's an absolute gorgeous ring. She loved it! Thank you for the experience here online but I would prefer to go in store next time. Especially with something important as a promise ring. I will let others know to take a look for themselves on this site! Let it be up to them.

Took over 9 days before it was even shipped then an additional week. Boo

The ring quality is perfect but shipping was a hassle. I paid for express and had a date I needed it by that was well in the window of 11 days to make and 3-5 days to ship but not only was tracking a nightmare and I was given 3 different links from customer service that all said something different but I paid for express and it took 8 days to arive after (acourding to the last link I had) it took 15 days to make so the ring arrived a day after the day I needed it.

Not bad at all, customer service was great w answering any questions in ref to shipping

I have gotten about 3 sets of rings from here and I have loved them all, this site is awesome if you are looking for something dazzling on a budget.

Tried to contact customer service because I order the same thing twice to no avail. I received one item and not the other. When they both should have come at the same time

The ring looks very cheap. I will not order from joancee again.

This product is a nice ring. Although it took a while to arrive, I love the quality of the Sterling Silver set.

I still have not received my order after being told that it had arrived and now you want me to provide a review.

So my review is that I am unsure of the quality of this company or product that I have not received yet.
