I paid for the product, they said they didn't get the order, I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping ended up getting my product a month late, my box was pretty much destroyed. I never got a reimbursement for my shipping which I paid for to get the product faster. They make you believe that it's crafted in a hand made lab, it comes from CHINA. Very displeased,,

Great experience the ring is much big than I expected but it's ok

I bought the size my ring sizer said I used but it wasn't the same as this sight so make sure you have the right measurements before ordering

Cannot fault joancee products. The jewelry is as described and excellent craftman ship beautiful to wear. Well designed with lots of designs to choose from i have purchased 3 rings and have not been disapounted. Would recommend this jewelry. Delivery time is reasonable 2 weeks.

After reading the customer reviews and noticing that a lot of people said they never received their order, I was in a panic. It took 15 days for me to receive the ring and I'm very happy with it.

The ring is beautiful however it's just too big for me. They were easy to deal with when I was thinking about returning it. Thank you for being understanding.

This item was ordered for a birthday present with promise of 9-12 business day delivery. It is now on day 32 still not delivered yet getting emails stating it is delivered. Tracking system shows it's still not delivered. When I email asking for an ETA or update all the do is give me the link to track it and nothing else. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering

It took awhile to receive my ring however it was so worth it! I absolutely love it!

I understand they probably have a lot of emails but im not satisfied with how slow their response is. Could have at least let us know.

I ordered my ring for it to come sooner for a picnic i was having for me and my partner, I paid for quick 2-3 days but never came after more than a week.
