I absolutely love my new ring and got my ring in a timely manner

The ring turned out absolutely beautiful, the ONLY complaint I have is my order status would never show up in my account. Even after I received my ring under pending orders it showed that I had never placed an order.

Best quality and price I found shopped for days looking around for my wife's birthday, she loves it amazing ring it's very elegant style

After paying extra for expedited shipping it still did not arrive within the time allotted after completion of being made which took the full amount of time stated. Then no phone number to call just email to discuss the order and refund of the extra payment for expedited shipping with no luck so.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have nothing but time to wait and what ever you do DO NOT pay for the expedited shipping it's a waste of your money.

It was shipped and I received the item sooner than I expected.

Thought I would be getting it within a week after buying the fastest shipping but you have to add time to it for them to 'process' it. So took about 2 weeks to get it instead. Came out good though

I received the ring what stood out the most is the packaging. I guess I was on TikTok and got caught up. The ring is way too big of a ring of anything that I would ever wear. I'm honestly thought about sending it back, but I know that is too late to do that. I won't be ordering a ring that size again.
