They resolved my issue w a new tracking number where I then received my package but I did pay $26 in shipping for shipping I didn't receive it when it was desperately needed. But as far as getting a response from customer service, I was pleased with.

I asked to please exchange my ring that I was unhappy with, but because the tiny price tag was taken off I was only allowed a 40% coupon on my next purchase. You have to send 10 emails before someone actually answers you back, when you reply it's another several days before you get an answer back
So far so good. Ring appears to be of good quality. I haven't worn it yet to comment on durability.
