Fairly easy. I love the engagement looking ring, but don't like the band with stones all the way around band. Makes it too bulky

You must have patience in order for quality work.
It takes time from day number one when you place your order to the time you receive it, I promise you will be satisfied.

Got a beautiful ring, and was very excited to receive it. Got expedited shipping, but it still took almost a mont to receive. Overall, it's a good ring, just have to be very very patient with the shipping

I was nervous that it was a scam at first due to some Facebook posts. I expressed my concern to the company & they assured me it wasn't a scam. I did receive my ring in perfect condition.

I am the person that hates to order online. I enjoy going to a store and walking out with my purchases. But I will have to say that I was very surprises of my experience with Joancee. The thought of waiting was still painful for me, but my package showed up right on time. When I opened it I was blown away by how thoughtful the company packaged it. My ring came in a jewelry box with a ring box inside. I had to show everyone. See I lost my husband 2 years ago, we were together for 43 years (I was 12 he was 14) I am now 57. I ordered my birthstone ring to replace my wedding ring. Thank you Joancee for making me feel special again, it was a perfect package for a perfect ring. I wear it every day and and it still looks awesome.

The ring is absolutely stunning! It catches the light and sparkles beautifully! Marked down due to paying extra for 3-5 days shipping and didn't receive the ring for 3 weeks.

Sizing is perfect and ring is good quality. Receive many comments on how beautiful my ring is.

Great experience overall, absolutely love my ring hoped the engraving would be slightly bigger. Shipping wasn't terrible long considering the distance. Would order again.

I wasn't pleased with my order at all. You guys use carrier companies that I've never heard of lol. Companies that make it very hard for anyone to change/alter addresses.

It was ok. It could have been better but they made up for it. I paid for express delivery 3-5 days they said. But it took almost 2 weeks! I finally got it and i was happy with the product.
