The received the ring fast, but I'm still waiting to exchange it.

It was a long wait since in in thailand. But its worth the wait

First time buyer. My experience was not good. Ring was stolen( before delivery)and I put a hold on my card and they wanted me to lift hold to ship me a replacement. I Didn't think it was right. They haven't refunded me or shipped a replacement 🤷🏽‍

I ordered a ring sept 2 of this year said it'd be here in 9-15 business days. I kept tracking my order and even sent them an email which they then confirmed that they would make it an emergency order and get it out. A week and a half later it still says in preparation so i email again. Not so nice this time because it's annoying. And they respond they next day saying that the ring i ordered a month ago is out of stock and it will be for a long time. Some bull$#*!. It took a month for them to finally tell me they were "out" of it. Don't order from here save ur money and save the wrinkles from the stress from this place. They suck major $#*!.

Love the site but I was so unappreciated because I didn't hav a ring for the actual wedding day. In fact the ring came in the next day at 4 am and I was. Very pissed about it. I had put on my order express and it took forever to get here. They shipped it. It stayed in china for a week or more and then it sat in Orlando for 3 days

I finally received my order and the ring is beautiful. Very disappointed with the lengthy shipping and delivery process and customer service. I thought it was a scam until it was finally delivered.

I love that the stones used are Sapphire. High quality product.

Contacting them is a pain. They answered my questions at first & then stopped responding for more than a week. The return policy is extremely picky. Probably so they can avoid returns. That's also if you even get the product you ordered.

I sent an email that this last purchase was my 4th, and I am a true 6.5, but my ring is fitting like a 6. All my other purchases were 6.5 and they fit fine. This last size is way off. No response to my issue to date! Unacceptable

The shipping times were a little off by a few days but other then that was a great experience, the rings look amazing and my wife loves them very much well worth the price. I would recommend this jewelry dealer to others.
