I tried doing this from my PC but it didn't work. I received a response to my email 2 days later telling me to try it ion my phone. A week and a half later, the chat bot told me they forgot to send. Almost a month later, the necklace finally arrived. I had paid expedited service, so only about weeks late….

Ring is pretty, larger stone than I expected. Shipping took several weeks though.
