The experience was ok. However, I had to contact them after I didn't receive my merchandise for 3 weeks after my order. When I did get it, the packaging was beautiful but realized that the size is too big. How do I exchange it for a small size?

This ring is gorgeous! The pictures don't even compare to it's true beauty. I have bought this ring before but after losing a significant amount of weight my fingers are pretty tiny now. I took it to a jeweler for sizing and to be honest after hearing the price they wanted to charge me to resize the 3 bands I decided to just go ahead and order a brand new sparkly one! I LOVE this ring. I originally purchased it so I didn't have to take my expensive wedding set on vacation but now I pretty much wear it every day. I receive complements constantly on it!

I ordered a ring, the stone was light yellow but when I got it, it was orange. I contacted customer service and I'm still waiting on a return address for a full refund
It is exactly what I wanted, not too big but just perfect. The only complaint was the delivery time. It was not 9-12 days but it was worth the extra wait!
It's been over a month since I placed my order and have still not been told when my ring will arrive. They keep apologizing and say they will look into it, and then I never hear back. Each time I reach out it's the same thing. Makes me start to feel like it's a scam. Very frustrating spending all that money, in hope to get my ring so I can get married. Then the unknown of when I will even get it.

It was different I can say! May order was overlooked until I got ahold of customer service. Then it took 3 weeks to arrive I paid for fast delivery. And as far as the ring it's really pretty as far as the bling but a bit to bulky in size. Not what I was expecting.

It's a scam...I never got any package and my money is gone...They are completely incompetent and rude...and they did nothing to solve the problem...it's a scam...Irecommend you to read the tons of bad reviews they have first before you fall for this scam
