This is sad because the ring is perfect. However your customer service is horrible. You had to cancel part of the order. Had you not tried to take money from me I would have cancelled the order and when I had a moment I would have redone the order and most likely ordered again. Now I will never order from you again.
I paid for expedited shipping and it was late. I paid for engraving and it looks nothing like the advertisement picture. It is SO tiny I literally had to use a magnifying glass to see it. I thought it was a scratch on the inside.
I paid for express shipping and it took well over a month. I paid for it to be engraved and it wasn't. The size was wrong

I'm very happy and satisfied with my decision to get this as an engagement ring for my now fiance!
