It took a whole month yes I thought it was a scam cause how long it was taking but my wife said yes and she lovessss it with everything so if you gone order from this website be prepared to wait at least a month and you gotta keep emailing them so they can stay on track with your package but other than that they suck with shipping

Absolutely bad customer service there is no contact number. I had send emails and also send messages on Facebook and I was left on read. I paid for expedite shipping which said 3-5 days and I got the ring a month later. Anyway I got the ring it was beautiful but overall the worst customer service

My experience was disappointing I ordered a ring from the wrong website. Once the ring arrived it was nice, however I didn't want the ring, I wanted to return it unfortunately the return address was China outside the United States in order to return I would have to pay $300 hundred dollars. Now I'm stuck with a ring I don't want.

The product did not arrive on time... choosing expedite is a waste of time and money... took 3 weeks to arrive... 5 to 7 business days is a laugh... But product did arrive good quality and packing GREAT JOB.

On satisfied with the customer service the wait time was absolutely ridiculous I paid for expedited which takes 3/5 business days, and it took 3 weeks to get here no update nor anything, I'd strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere it's not worth it.

I got my wedding ring and love it however it took wag to long i actually had to order a temporary ring from amazon would not recommend buying here unless your willing to spend ton on shipping and and the ring itself
