The product was exactly what I ordered and is high quality! Only complain is it took almost 2 weeks longer than was estimated.

This is the third time I have ordered from Joancee and they never disappoint! My latest ring is a dream come true.

A very good selection of rings, one thing I didn't like was there is no way to see after a purchase is finalized of what day my item would arrive, other than that minor detail it's an overall great 👍 website.

Ordered, didn't here anything for about a week and then it showed in the mail box a couple days later

Shipping took too long.i waited well over the 9-12 days for shipping and handling

This ring is not the size that I ordered, it's so small! I hurts to get it on and off.

Only issue was. Web site and NOT being able to pull up my order and check it! So that made me nervous.
However ring arrived VERY quickly in a Great box!

Easy company to work with. I debated placing my order as I had many questions and they were answered quickly. I ordered the wrong size and they instructed me how to return and reorder the correct size. Would definitely order from Joancee again.
