I made my order for a ring and did not receive any confirmation or tracking information until I reached out to customer service. It took about 1 month to receive my order. When I opened my package I was not impressed with the quality. The stone definitely said fake. I expect better quality for the price it cost.

I truly believe if I could have spoken to someone it could have been easier. But saying that I spoken to man who said he has no information on my orders or phone number or e-mails. So it was as I was ghosted. I'm truly unhappy I could not get this resolved the way it says.

November 9 still no ring and no reimbursement

I placed an order on 5 Oct 2024. I received a notice that the order was shipped with a tracking number. The order got to St John Island on 25 Oct 2024 but has not transit since. I have been trying to contact Joancee by email but have yet to get a response. This is the worst experience I had ordering merchandise. The customer service is awful. I would not recommend them to anybody else.
