If you must purchase from this company don't bother to pay for expedited shipping as it makes no difference. However, I was able to get mine refunded. Speaking of refunds if you think there might be any reason you return your jewelry do not remove the tag or they will not except the return. Even though I only requested a refund Of the shipping charges, they tried Using the excuse that the tag was removed from the ring. Which was ludicrous because I wasn't returning the product.

My overall experience with your company was positive I have no complaints as far as service the ring is beautiful not exactly like the picture I was looking at but non the less it still looks good

My wife found the ring choice and sent to me. I ordered immediately, at a wonderful price; and the order was shipped quickly. I was able to surprise my wife with the rings, that she absolutely loves.

When I saw this ring on the Facebook page I was really truly impressed with the design and the whole ring in itself! It had been a long time since I've purchased a birthstone ring. Since it was on sale that helped to quickly make up my mind that I deserved to have it. The ring is absolutely beautiful and brillant and I have received many compliments about it. The exact fit is great and no chance of falling off my finger. I am so impressed with the quality especially for the price I paid. I was excited to receive it and must say I watched the tracking everyday! I absolutely LOVE this ring! It is on my wedding finger even though I'm a Widow. My ring came rather quickly. I read other reviews that said two weeks. My precious ring showed up within 9 days. The packaging was nice. The ring is breathe taking. The pictures don't do it justice. I will say it does run small. I am normally a 7 and I checked my size prior to ordering. However I felt I needed to size up to a 7.5 and I am glad I did because a 7.5 is even a little tight. I did not want to mail her back because it was my engagement ring. I just would've preferred a little bit of a looser fit.

I bought my future husband wedding band through your site. Once I received the wedding band, my Fiancé let me know that he was not satisfied with the particular ring that I chose and would like to either trade it off or return it for something different.
Bottom line, he looked at the site and didn't see anything he liked so I inquired about returning and getting a refund.
I was told to send pictures pictures of the ring and I did. Then I was told I would have to pay the shipping and handling back to the manufacturer in China.
That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
There was nothing on their initial site stating how the returns would work and knowing the shipping and handling to China probably is worth more than the ring, Most ridiculous.
I will never again purchase anything from This company, Joancee.

Great gift with amazing quality! Packaging was awesome and the presentation with top notch. Would've gotten 5 starts but the shipping took a month…even though it said 5-10days.
