The ring I received was excellent.
Customer service was accessible. Unfortunately, it arrived late for a birthday present. If you don't need the jewelry right away, then this is the place to go for nice jewelry at a good price. Overall, good experience..

Easy to use site and extra discount was great. I cannot see why anyone would spend thousands when this is so beautiful. We have been married for 50 years and even though we upgraded the diamonds the gold has been resized to the point it can't be anymore. My husband has never taken his ring off and wanted me to wear rings. I found this site and showed it to him. He surprised me and bought a beautiful wedding set. Why spend thousands of dollars when you can get the same quality for a lot less.

I was under the impression that I was ordering from a USA based company. Currency, language, and models were all reflective of America companies. That was not the case. The company is out of China. Shipping was free but didn't realize I'd be waiting a month for my item. Had I would have known, I would have ordered from somewhere. I didn't find out for some time until I reached out asking for an update. Shipping and poor communication are the main reasons for poor review. If you don't mind waiting a month or longer, they are great quality items.

I have ordered before and it too was a beautiful ring. I love the choices I made in my selection because they looked like they put alot of effort to give the rings an excellent quality look.

I purchased a promise ring for my lovely girlfriend and she absolutely loves it! The wait was about a five weeks long. Once everyone saw how beautiful the ring they were star struck!

The ring was bigger than I expected it to be and wanted to return the item but the shipping was going to cost way too much! So I had to pay for a ring that I probably won't even wear!
