I so far didn't have any issues with my services they also provided me an update daily with the tracking and my rings are the rings I purchased but even though I purchased my size they were a little loose on my finger but a ring guard can fix that issue. I will be making future purchases through Joancee again. Thank *******@Joancee for my beautiful Jewelry.

Ordered 2 ring guards for a solitaire I already have.So far so good they are pretty and well made. The only bad thing took forever to recieve.

Ordered a ring and it's absolutely beautiful. Be sure to make an account before ordering so that you can keep up with the process of it being made and prepared. I didn't make an account beforehand but reached out to customer service and they helped me track it before receiving a tracking number. Jewelry came within 2 weeks of ordering. Very satisfied and will be buying more jewelry from here.

On time and easy to place order. No issued and arrive within the time given.

The rings are beautiful made they are absolutely absolutely lovely anyway before anyone orders rings make sure you get the right sizes.

I still after 4 weeks, have not received my parcel but this is due to the delivery carrier. They have completely stuffed up the delivery, sending it to the wrong area. They still have it and I will most probably not get it by Christmas. ( 7 weeks) Ivy reached out straight away when she saw there was a problem and is going to follow up her end as well. She reached out, I didn't reach out to Joancee. This is amazing customer service. Thank you and I can only hope I see it soon. Merry Christmas

This ring is so beautiful and big. The sparkle is out this world. I constantly get compliments on my ring all the time. Shipping was fast and I got it just in time for my wedding. Must buy and you won't be disappointed ladies!

It has been over a month now and I have not received my order. It has been saying in transit for over 2 weeks! So very frustrated

Even with the postal strike the ring was more than worth the wait. The amethyst ring is so sparkling and more beautiful than I anticipated. Thank you.

Shopping was easy and product looks great. Upon arrival. Presentation of ring is excellent. Looking now to see about other purchases. Very happy with ring. Maybe just include a sticker to hold multiple sets from spinning if customer desires

Would like to return the ring. It is beautiful but the stone way to big for my liking
